At our core, we are committed to sustainability, and our choice of materials for our bottles reflects this ethos.

Our glass bottles are crafted from 100% recycled glass, a conscious step towards reducing landfill waste and minimizing our environmental impact. In addition, our ceramic bottles are born from clay, a naturally abundant material sourced directly from the earth. Drawing inspiration from centuries of traditional craftsmanship, our ceramic bottles are meticulously hand-painted by skilled artisans in Mexico, honoring a legacy of artistic ingenuity.

Rest assured, our commitment to environmental responsibility extends beyond aesthetics. All paints and glazes used are certified lead free and cadmium free, having undergone independent testing in the United States for California Prop 65 standards including for substrate and leachability. This ensures that our bottles not only exemplify artistic beauty, but also uphold the highest standards of safety and eco-friendliness.

Embarking on a journey towards sustainability, we are dedicated to minimizing our environmental footprint throughout every stage of our tequila production.

From the moment agave plants are carefully selected to the final bottling process, our team meticulously considers each step, ensuring that every decision aligns with our commitment to environmental well-being.

Our tequila is a testament to purity. It is crafted using only natural ingredients, devoid of any added substances (additives), chemicals, or artificial elements and certified by the CRT (Consejo Regulador del Tequila) in Guadalajara Jalisco, the government agency in charge of all certification and oversight for the industry.

Central to our process is the pristine spring water we utilize. Sourced exclusively from the volcanic soil-filtered rainwaters of the tequila volcano valley, our spring water imparts a distinct crispness and purity to our tequila. This choice not only elevates the quality of our product but also reflects our support for sustainable and responsible environmental practices.

Even in our waste management, innovation takes center stage. The biomass derived from pressed agave fibers, known as bagasse, is conscientiously recycled. After thorough washing, it finds new life in several capacities including as a renewable source of energy, supporting both the environment and the economy. Furthermore, this bagasse is repurposed to create textiles, agave paper, and more, showcasing a holistic approach to sustainability.

Our distillery proudly upholds the esteemed SGS HACCP certification, underscoring our commitment to quality and integrity in the food industry. This certification attests to our adherence to stringent food safety regulations, aligning with the CODEX General Principles of Food Hygiene.

We have also achieved Kosher certification, signifying our dedication to taking the extra steps in meeting the dietary requirements of Kosher products and standards. This certification stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality and authenticity.
